The Wood Oven Formex is able to give that touch different from the natural cooking with noble firewood (as oak, olive tree, ash-tree, etc.), recovering the traditional flavour and providing to yours roasted, pizzas or breads artisans the whole aroma and texture originals.

We give the whole necessary material made up of:
- Floor of natural stone without steps neither you join.
- Table supports metallic.
- Vault in pieces of modelled refractory material (resistant at 1.300 ºC) insertable among them forming the oven.
- Foundry door with rustic decoration.
- Complete ironwork of shovels and work rake.
- Insulating.
- Everything with some clear instructions of assembly.

Permite un aprovechamiento integral del calor, ya que la leña que arde en su interior utiliza todo el calor para su caldeo. Luego, cuando queda brasa, puede optarse por dejar la misma en su interior o bien volcarla en el cajón brasero situado debajo, el cual permite hacer a la brasa cualquier tipo de plato y asar en el interior del horno al mismo tiempo, por efecto del calor acumulado.
Interior de 1.300 ºC, en piezas moldeadas de 6-8 cm. de espesor.
