Bonbon dosing machine MAB

Small dosing machine suitable for the production of chocolates. It can dose: Bonbon, Liqueur Bonbon and Praline Bonbon. In the latter case, the particles can measure up to 3 mm in diameter, depending on the concentration density of the particles in the chocolate.
Ideal for dosing bonbons and masses similar to liquid chocolate.

Double thermostat for the tank and the dosing nozzles, ensuring an ideal condition of the product. The conveyor belt performs a small vibration at the product outlet to remove air bubbles from the mass. Individual pistons, one for each nozzle, ensure greater precision. Volumetric dosing. Tray loader included. Removable head for easy cleaning. Fitted with a safety cover that stops the machine from operating if it is in the raised position.

All parts of the machine in contact with the dough are made of food safe materials and AISI304 stainless steel.
