Electric ovens
Our Special Electric Ovens for Pizzeria are built in stainless steel and the cooking surface is made of refractory brick, where the pizza can be placed directly for baking giving a very characteristic artisan look. These ovens have a good thermal insulation in vaporised mineral wool.
