Automatic injection machine IA+ with special disc-shaped needle outlet.
Conveyor with smooth belt with markings where the panettone has to be placed by hand.
Heated urn for approx. 40 degrees of temperature.
2 rows of 4 nozzles and every two nozzles a plate with 9 needles, to inject 4 panettone at each stop.
All the parts of the machine in contact with the dough are made of food safe materials and stainless steel AISI304.
