WORKING LINE FOR ASSEMBLING DOUBLE FILLED BISCUITS

Line for assembling double biscuits filled with jam.

✅ Consisting of three round biscuit dispensers and a DA30 automatic dosing machine with 4 nozzles.

✅ Each biscuit loader is designed for different sizes of biscuits.

✅ The biscuits are deposited on the conveyor belt and aligned in position for dosing jam or other products on them.

✅ The line can be used to assemble single or double biscuits

Output approx. 4,000 biscuits/hour depending on the type of dough and biscuit.
