Machine to dose almond pie
MA dosing machine adapted to work caramelised almond coating, typical of the Portuguese Almond Cake.
- With heated urn at 50ºC to keep the product in optimal working conditions.
- The tank is circular and has an agitator system inside so that the mixture of almonds and caramel does not descend to the bottom of the tank.
- The conveyor belt has a vibration zone at the end to settle and distribute the product in the mould.
