Dosing machine with solids attached to a cutting table MAS

The customer needed to add a dosing machine to their workstation that would be attached to the same conveyor as the line already in operation. This feature required a modification to the standard design of the machine and was the main challenge on this occasion.

The solution provided is a dosing machine with automatic solids MAS with servomotor in which the dosing head is suspended in cantilever, and given the absence of its own conveyor, the structure of the chassis can be reduced. In this way we can move the machine, which has wheels, directly to the production line, so that the dosing head remains on the conveyor belt.

This is a benefit not only in terms of functionality and cleanliness, but also in terms of modularity, as the machine can be moved in and out of the production line as required and does not have to remain stationary.

Thanks to the servomotor, parameters such as quantities, loading speed and dosage can be controlled on the screen, and the dosing nozzles are adjustable so that the output can be positioned within a range where we want to dose according to the product to be made.

As with the standard model, the dosing head is also interchangeable, which is beneficial for quick and easy cleaning and useful in case you want to dose different quantities depending on the product.
