REQUIREMENTS:

The customer needed a dosing machine with the need to be able to change tray sizes easily and quickly to produce different products with the trays they already had, instead of a different machine for each tray with the extra cost that this would imply.

CHALLENGE:

As a general rule, the machine models are designed and manufactured for a single tray size, normally 40, 45 or 60mm wide. But on this occasion the challenge is to be able to design the conveyor so that it is functional for more than one tray width.

SOLUTIONS PROVIDED:

Dosing machine with MA+ solids adapted to deposit the product in trays of different sizes. The machine has a special conveyor with an adjustment system so that the customer can easily adapt the conveyor to the size of the tray to be used. In addition, the output nozzles are adjustable and can be cancelled to adapt them to the ideal number of dosing points according to the width of the tray.
