The Formex Modular Lines allow the user to create a custom workstation to produce their product with minimal handling. They are designed to work with a wide range of dough densities, with which a variety of final products can be produced. The Modular Lines consist of a series of modules that are ready to flexibly meet your requirements. Single-production or multi-production, mid-range or industrial, it all depends on your needs. Studying your product and your production needs, we can create a workstation that meets them. With very versatile configurations, they allow the production line to be expanded to either increase production or diversify the product.

Flexible and modular design

Details can be customised such as large-volume hoppers or those that can be heated. The paper cup machines are adapted for silicone moulds, those made of paper or different types of trays. High-volume dosing is available for dough that is liquid or denser, and for products with solids of different calibres. The possible configurations are endless. It is possible to create several production lines, depending on the variety of components that the product requires, joining them using conveyor belts, attaching them to tunnel ovens, fryers or packaging machines.
