Wood-Fired Oven
Bring back the traditional flavours and give your pizzas, roasts and artisan breads back all of their original aroma and texture.
We all have fond memories of traditional flavours and can appreciate a meal like those “from back in the day”. The Formex Wood-Fired Ovens are capable of achieving that “little something extra” that comes from natural cooking with noble firewood (such as oak, olive, ash, etc.), recovering the traditional flavour and giving your roasts, pizzas or artisan breads back all of their original aroma and texture.
The Formex Wood-Fired Ovens give your establishment the prestige that comes from making the product in an open kitchen for people to see.
Due to their modular construction, the Formex Wood-Fired Ovens can be installed in just a few hours and at an unbeatable cost. Its exclusive dome with an anti-collapse guarantee gives you the assurance that your oven will remain in perfect condition for many years to come.
Its design and the quality of the materials used offer great insulation, which translates into less firewood needed to keep the oven at the desired temperature.
All you have to worry about is building the outer wall to go with the decor of your establishment: rustic ashlar, plastered, tile, stucco, etc.
Exterior decoration
The Wood-Fired Ovens can be decorated according to the style of your establishment.
Sant Jordi fighting against the dragon is the emblem that guards the Wood Oven door.

It makes us very happy to see him around the world protecting the fire of our ovens.

A long time ago, a terrible dragon terrorised the citizens of a small village in Catalonia.
The dragon wreaked havoc on the population and devoured the village’s grazing animals.
To appease the dragon’s wrath, the inhabitants decided that every day they would sacrifice one person, chosen by lot, and offer it to the dragon as a sign of goodwill.
But one day it fell to the king’s daughter to be the sacrifice.
When the dragon was about to devour her, a beautiful knight appeared to confront the beast.
It was Saint George, who stabbed him with his lance, and from the dragon’s blood rose a rosebush of red roses.
