Yolk and whites separator

Egg-breaking machine that mimics the work of human hands by using specially designed pneumatic suction cups and special blades. After passing through the quality control tray, the eggs flow through a separator where the proteins are separated from the yolks.

RZ0: It has two operating modes: precise and normal, and the pneumatic system cleaning function. The machine automatically takes the eggs from the feed tray. The machine can be used in two ways: 1. To break eggs with the separation of proteins from the yolks, where they are redirected to separate containers. 2. To break eggs without separation, where the proteins and the yolks go to the same container.

RZ1: It has two operating modes: The precise mode should be used to process lower quality eggs. The whites in such eggs are watery and the yolks are very weak. The blades operate in a very strict manner, separating the shell slowly and smoothly, so that the yolk flows smoothly from the broken shell, minimising the number of broken yolks. The fast mode is designed to break good quality eggs. In this mode, the machine operates at its maximum capacity. It is equipped with smooth speed regulation. The height of the blades and their striking force are adjustable.
