Spiral mixers

  • The spiral mixers makes it possible to prepare between 6 kg and 44 kg (7-53 l) of pizza and bread dough with optimal yield in a short period of time. These machines are ideal for pizzerias, pastry shops, bakeries and families. The spiral, grid, dough-breaker and bowl are in stainless steel, in compliance with health regulations.
  • VS line with variable speed with Inverter technology.
  • The machine is also very quiet thanks to the infiltration-proof sealed bearings. Additional protection against infiltration is the steel plate under the head and the sheath on the start push button.
